After the beautiful response to our last gathering, with over 20 people coming together to move, breathe, reconnect, and we felt called to do it again.

The energy in the room was undeniable. People left feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded… and more connected not only to themselves, but also to each other.

This next gathering is an invitation to return to that space, and to deepen it.

For the first portion of our time together, we’ll move through a guided experience designed to support your nervous system and gently release stress from the body:

✨ Yoga + somatic movement
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Restorative sound bath with singing bowls

From there, we’ll open into community connection.

This time, we’re expanding the experience to include space for reflection and conversation around:

What support do you need right now?
What gifts, skills, or resources do you have to offer?

Because community care isn’t just something we receive, it’s something we co-create.

We’ll also be hosting a food drive, inviting those who feel called to bring a non-perishable item to support members of our local community.

To close our time together, we’ll gather for a simple, intentional craft experience, a chance to create, integrate, and connect in a grounded, hands-on way.
